Helmed by 3rd generation owner, Mr Sumadi Sapari, Warong Pak Sapari is a mixture of Indonesian and Malay-style cooking that showcases Singapore's food culture and heritage since the 1970s.

Garnished with a hard-boiled egg, spring onions, bean sprouts, fried shallots, and tau kwa, the potato-based gravy was thick, flavourful, and robust! While I was feasting on these two mouth-watering bowls of noodles, a passerby even stopped to ask: “eh where you buy from?!”
