Is there a minimum order?Yes, there is a minimum order of $200. For orders below $200, please place them with our delivery platforms partner Grabfood, Foodpanda, or Deliveroo.

Do you provide any catering or mini buffets?No, we do not offer catering and are unable to provide items such as tables, tongs, and food warmers. We will provide the necessary disposable plates and cutlery. We can also assist by packing the ingredients separately into aluminium trays upon request.

Can I pick and choose my ingredients?Yes, you can pick and choose your ingredients. Please note that sambal chili is charged separately at $0.30 per scoop for an ala carte ingredients order.

How many days do I need to order in advance?Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance of delivery. For self-pickup, please place your order at least 1 working day in advance.

Do you have a vegetarian meal?We regret to inform you that we do not offer any vegetarian meals at the moment. Please note that our sambal contains dry shrimp as an ingredient. However, we would like to offer you the option to customize your own meatless nasi lemak for $6.30, as proposed below: 1. Basmati Rice ($1.50) 2. Sambal Chilli ($0.60) 3. Peanut ($1.20) 4. Can I request to have the chili pack separately apart from Nasi Lemak?Yes, indicate that in the “Special Instructions” column for chili to be packed separately. We will pack the chili into mini souffle sup.

Do you provide cutleries and serviettes?We will provide cutlery & serviettes based on your order quantity.

From the time of delivery, how long can the food be consumed?Food delivered should be consumed within 4 hours.

Can I cancel or amend my orders for later delivery?All cancellations and amendments must be notified at least 48 hours via email before the delivery date and time. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. I seek your kind understanding of this as we pre-book your delivery with a 3rd party driver.

Do you deliver to Jurong Island?Yes, for orders above $200, we can assist with a free one-delivery trip. Please place your order 3 working days in advance. We will provide driver details for applying for clearance.

Can I choose the deliver timing?Yes, our delivery timing is from 10am - 8pm daily including Public Holidays.

What happens if my order is late?We aim to always have your food delivered on time. However, because we rely on a 3rd party logistic company to deliver the orders, sometimes there might be delays on the driver's end. Should you require urgent assistance in such circumstances, please contact our Bulk order hotline at 91899747 or Office 68444222. Both contacts are available Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

What payment mode do you accept?We only accept bank transfers or PayNow. We will send you the bank details along with the total amount in our reply email.

Do you accept e-invoices? Can I have the PO or DO?Yes, PO and DO will provide upon request. E-invoice billing by Vendor.sg, Please provide us with a sub-code. Gebiz billing, Please provide the PO number.
